D-Max 85 Series to 6/2020
Isuzu's workhorse range of D-Max's are highly capable and tough machines. They've become extremely popular and respected alternative to the Hilux/Ranger for customers towing & touring. You can extend their capability further with the fitment of a Lovells 3600Kg GVM/GCM upgrade to give higher payload and ground clearance. Applicable to both 4x2 and 4x4 models this upgrade gives up to 650Kg of additional payload.
The upgrade includes all suspension components required for the conversion that will both stiffen the ride and increase ground clearance. Our engineers have thoroughly tested the vehicle to obtain full-volume Second Stage Manufacture (SSM) approval for the upgrade. You can be sure that the vehicle will perform as the manufacturer intended even at higher GVM levels.
The kit comprises components made from locally and overseas sourced materials, including steel sourced from Whyalla, South Australia.
SPECIAL NOTES:
TYRES: To complete this upgrade the car must be fitted with tyres that have a load rating of 111 or higher. Some OE tyres do not have this rating.
SIDE INDICATORS: With a GVM exceeding 3500Kg the vehicle must be fitted with a 'CAT6' indicator. Our kit includes an indicator that will be fitted to the front mud guards. You may optionally fit, or upgrade existing, Clearview NextGen mirrors to include the Cat6 indicators.
