GEN 8 2015+ - NOW INCLUDING 48V HYBRID!
Lovells Springs’ GVM Upgrade for the GEN8 Hilux was released in 2015 after the model hit the Australian market. You can expect a payload capacity increase from this kit of up to 650Kg, and GCM increase of 600Kg – dependent upon the variant of Hilux you have (check the tables below to find your model).

Our approvals cover most 4x4 and some 4x2 models so check with us for individual model suitability as this can vary with model releases and transmission type.
In the kit are all new suspension components that stiffen the ride and lift the car to provide better weight carrying capability and additional ground clearance for off-road work. Our engineers thoroughly test the kits before release to ensure the car meets all government requirements for Second Stage of Manufacture (SSM), including the Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) system, to ensure vehicle dynamics and braking effectiveness are not compromised by the additional payloads.
The Lovells GVM Upgrade kit includes all components required for the conversion and comprises a range of parts made in Australia and overseas from the best materials, including steel for the springs sourced from Whyalla, South Australia.
